Machine shop services
Our services range from piece work to production work done by CNC and manually. We are aircraft and naval/D1-9000 certified. Our six full-time engineering personnel utilize CAD systems to provide support for on-going repair work or custom manufacturing projects, including advanced quality reverse engineering. Additional machine shop services include:

• Gear cutting, broaching, and splining

Fabrication services
We offer basic and complex fabricating, which include the following:

• Custom welding
• Reconstruction of damaged equipment and parts
• Sand blasting
• Painting custom machinery

Machine maintenance
Emergency service pick-up and delivery, as well as preventive maintenance, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Electronic services
From design to final test:

• Customization of existing equipment
• Design of new circuitry
• Test, repair, and schematic generation
